• i ) About Rockten Global: Rockten Global provides corporate branding and related solutions in Nigeria, including premium branding solutions, promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, custom printing, and branded marketing materials.
  Our services may be provided to businesses, organizations, institutions, events, and other customers requiring branded products or services.
• ii ) Use of Our Website: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
  Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  Infringe the rights of Rockten Global or any third party.
  
  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or information.
  Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
  Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been violated.
• iii ) Booking & Service Appointments: Rockten Global allows customers to submit bookings or service requests through our website.
  When submitting a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, requested service, preferred date or time, and any other information required through the booking form.
• iv ) Custom Branding and Artwork: For customised products, customers may be required to provide logos, artwork, brand guidelines, text, images, dimensions, colours, or other materials. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to Rockten Global:
  Are accurate and complete.
  Are suitable for the intended use.
  Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
  Do not contain unlawful or prohibited content.
  Where applicable, Rockten Global may provide a design proof or sample for customer approval before production.
  Once a customer approves a proof or production specification, the customer may be responsible for errors that were present in the approved material.
• v ) Quotes and Orders: Where a customer requests a quotation, Rockten Global may provide pricing based on the specifications and information supplied by the customer.
  A quotation may include factors such as:
  Product or material selection
  Quantity
  Branding or printing requirements
  Design specifications
  Production costs
  Delivery location
  Delivery requirements
  Applicable taxes or other charges
  A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order until the order has been confirmed by Rockten Global.
  Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before approving production.
  When submitting a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, requested service, preferred date or time, and any other information required through the booking form.
• vi ) Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rockten Global retains ownership of its website content, branding, designs, graphics, photographs, text, trademarks, and other original materials.
  Customers retain ownership of intellectual property they provide to Rockten Global, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the requested services.
  By submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or other materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce those materials for the requested project.
• vii ) Pricing and Payment: Prices for products and services may vary depending on the project specifications, quantity, materials, branding method, and other requirements.
  Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before an order is confirmed.
  Where an advance payment or deposit is required, production may not begin until the required payment has been received and the relevant specifications have been approved.
  Rockten Global reserves the right to suspend or delay an order where agreed payments have not been made.
• viii ) Production and Delivery: Production and delivery timelines will depend on the nature, quantity, complexity, and specifications of an order.
  Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, transportation issues, equipment problems, or other unforeseen events.
  Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location and requirements.
• ix ) Inspection and Complaints: Customers should inspect products upon delivery and notify Rockten Global promptly if they believe that an order has been damaged, incorrectly produced, or does not correspond with the agreed specifications.
  Where a complaint is made, we may request photographs, order details, or other information to assess the issue.
  Any remedy will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order.
• x ) Cancellations and Changes: Requests to cancel or modify an order should be made as soon as possible.
  Once production, printing, procurement, or customisation has begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible or may result in additional costs.
  For customised products, cancellation and refund terms may differ from those applicable to standard products because materials and production may have already been committed to the order.
  Any applicable cancellation or refund terms should be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
• xi ) Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service, the stage of production, and the circumstances of the request.
  Customised, printed, branded, or specially produced items may not be eligible for a refund where production has already commenced, except where required by applicable law or where Rockten Global agrees otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
